Can anyone give me a link or a quick couple of steps to be able to use Mainconcept 1.4? Also what kind of authoring software should i use when using Mainconcept?

I tried to convert some AVI files that i had, but i couldnt author the mpeg files afterwards (using TMPgenc dvd author)... it said that the resolution of 640*480 is not supported (which i understand but im confused on how to change the necessary settings on Mainconcept) and that the aspect ratio of the encoded file (from 23.9 to 29.97) and im not sure how to change this either...

any help would be greatly appreciated!

Use the DVD template, and you won't get invalid aspects.
You can change framerate by clicking details, advanced, advanced video tab.
