yes, but not a lot. 1 song takes about 2-4 mb so do the math.

It also depends on the quality of the mp3 you have, for instance you can fit like 15 songs all at very low quality, or you can fit about 5-6 songs at very high quality,

all you have to do is put one end of the USB cable in the PSP and the other end into your computer, i dont know what you mean about internet.
