I need held with getting black DVD to pic up on PC

I have Windows XP Home and useing hte Maddog Dominator 6-in-1 12x DVD +-r +-rw. For some reasion I can not get my Pc to pic up blank DVD. The burner will work with Clone DVD but not with Nero. Any Idear how to fix this.

Check in Nero that you have specified the correct destination for your files and not the 'image recorder'
