I'm going to buy normal PS2 (not chiped or something like that), then i'm going to download game from internet. So my question is, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO THAT GAME WILL WORK ON MY PS2 ?

first of all you need a mod chip or swap magic disks so your ps2 will be able to read the games you download without a swap magic disk or mod chip you out of luck.
