ProjectX and AutoGK

Im trying to use ProjectX and AutoGK to make an xvid Dvdrip. I just have two questions. Is there anyway to join multiple video files into one with ProjectX. Also is there anyway to just filter the video for errors and not demuxe the video because I cant find away to get the audio and video back together with autoGK. Thanks in advance for any help.
