Need Help making a PC-DVD Game

Hi,
I've got SWAT 4 game in CD (2 DISCS). Now I would like to make it in 1 DVD so that I don't have to carry 2 DISCS. Now in 2 DISCS when i put first discs in CDROM it start installing and after few minutes it asks for 2nd disk. Now in DVD i want it as a single game. so that when i press SETUP it finishes the setup 100%.

Or is there any other way of doing this.
