Sycn problem after using Capture Wiz and DVD Workshop

I hope this is the right forum for this question.

I've been transferring my old VHS to DVD using ADSTech DVD Express w/ Capture Wiz and then authoring in DVD Workshop. Most movies work great, but I've had trouble with Shrek and Pocahontas. They play fine on the computer after capture, and seem to in DVD Workshops preview, but once I burn the disc the audio runs out of sync near the 20 min. mark. I've tried re-authoring, re-burning, re-capturing etc.

I am wondering if it could be a problem with the file being brought DWS being so large 3+ GB. Would it help to split the Mpeg into small files? Has anyone else run into this problem?

So far I am loving what DVD Express can do, but this problem is killing me.
