List of games requiring dummy files to be replaced?

Do any of you have or know of any known lists of games that require you to replace the dummy files with blank dummy files to lower the size of the TOC so you can load them with swap magic discs? If there is one or we can help each other come up with one I think it would be a good sticky topic. I know some games have dummy files that work without being replaced. I'm guessing this is because some games use dummy files to space things out to read better on the disc, but most do it for the sole purpose of making the TOC very high as a form of copy protection. I know of a few games that I have that have dummy files, but I'm not too sure how many games overall use them. Is it extremely common or just now and then? Also, does anyone know of any other names assosciated with these dummy files besides DUMMY and GARBAGE? I think PADDING might be another one. If there are no known lists, I'd appreciate anyone who is willing to post games they know have dummy files that need to be replaced. I believe my copies of Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater and Killer 7 have dummy files. I also heard that Spiderman 2 has them. I'm sure there's many more. I'd like to know just how many and which for reference. Thanks! :)

Oh, and I think I read Sonic Mega Collection Plus was another game that has dummy files.
