I have 2 really big AVI files that i want to reduce slight quality to lower the size. These video files are about 25 minutes long each and about 230MB in AVI format, the thing is ive seen AVI's with about 150MB and the same amount of length yet have just as good quality, well slightly lower. :P

which program is best to do this and how would i do it?
