DVD-R Game Discs!!

I want to patch a game for a PS2 game (PES 4) and need a good DVD-R Disk. I would like to get them from somewhere like walmart, does anyone know what disks would be good for PS2 games!!! What kind of brands etc!

I don't do games but I would recommend for in store purchases: Vertabim DataLife, Sony, Fuji and Maxell (look for made in japan). While these disc's may not be cheaper remember all discs are not created equal and you usually get what you pay for.
