I use dcrypter to read the disc and read as an ISO file but when I use shrink to read the file I have read all I have is IOO and IO1 files along with a small MDS file. I need to know how to get the IOO file and IO1 files into ISO format. This does not happen often only with new discs that have been copy protected it seams. I appear to be missing something somewhere.

admv4,those are ISO files,DVD Decrypter splits them into parts, to allow the ISO to go on your FAT32 file system(file size limit).
If the dvd is small enough, you should be able to choose the MDS file, in DVD Decrypter to burn onto a disc.
If the ISO is too big then, open up DVD Shrink, and click on file(not open files)Open disc image. Then configure DVD Shrink to output as an ISO, so you can then auto burn with DVD Decrypter.

I have a NTFS file system. When I open shrink to read the files and select file+open disc image I do not have the option to open any files except iso, nrg or img.

hmmmmmmm those are the same file numbers for an ISO split with DVD Decrypter.Do those files you mentioned show up when you browse in DVD Shrink?Have you tried choosing one of those?

If you cant get it, I would just do it over, but in the file mode instead.

jim_dandy is correct if you have I00 and I01 files that means Fat32. Here is an article on this subject.
