Yo.

I'm getting the Team Xtender's HD Connect mod done to my V12 PS2. When it comes to powering the hard disk, what drive enclosure is best suggested, if even suggested? I did some searching and all the drive enclosures I've seen are for USB connectivity. Of course, I have no use for that since the mod requires an IDE cable to interface with the hard disk.

I've seen a couple threads where people described chopping up the drive enclosure to get an IDE cable to stick out of it. Ideally, that's something I want to avoid.

Suggestions are appreciated!

make your own case with an aluminum case from an electronics supply store then. But you will still need to cut holes in it.

Otherwise just duct tape it to the top of the ps2.
