HD ADVANCE Version 3.0 Modes Menu

Can any one help I have version 3.0 of HD Advance (PAL)which i sure would be the same as NTSC menus and I can't get the modes menu to appear. I've tryed pressing the "select" button on the game name in the main screen but all i get is these options....

1.Slow HDD acess NO/YES
2.Disable DVD9 support NO/YES
3.Kill HDA after launch NO/YES
4.Date/Time fix 2 NO/YES
5.Date/Time fix 3 NO/YES
6.Disable network Support NO/YES
7.Disable UBA patch NO/YES
8.Soul Calibure 2 NO/YES

The HDD works as I cant play Medal of Honor but I need to switch to modes 3 to play Burnout 3. Can Anyone Help???
