GMAIL and Sysmetrix

I really like using the program Sysmetrix but I cant seem to get my GMAIL at google to work with it. It doesnt ask for POP or anything it just asks for a server and my account name and password. But GMAIL at google uses SSL and Im not sure what I should put in the box that asks for the server name. It works with OUTLOOK EXPRESS but I had a guide to show me how to do that and I cant get it to work with Sysmetrix. I was just wondering if someone out there had GMAIL and uses sysmetrix could help me get it working. Thanks

have you already looked at the Gmail notifier and ruled that out?

Do I need the GMAIL notifier for systemetrix to pick it up? Systemetrix is supposed to do the same thing and I am trying to get it to work with Systemetrix because I want all the features of the program to work. I know people have setup GMAIL accounts with the Systemetrix program but I can seem to get mine to work. I am having trouble figuring out what I should type in as a server because it should ask for the incoming pop server and the outgoing along with the SSL and the numbers but it just asks for one server and I dont know what I should put in there.
