XBMC Fatal error!!! Cant play any files!!

I really need help with this issue, i am clueless and dont knwo what to do.

This is the second time it has happen ever since i upgraded my hdd. To fix it i have to use the original hdd and reinstall everything, but then it happens again and again!

i am sure its not the HD fault cause i have check the compatibility chart and its the perfect hdd for it.

i manage to install my new hd, the copy movies to play it nicely for one day. Then i decide to ftp and link with my pc and it work really nice for the hour and everything. Then suddenly i get fatal error with black screen and red coloured font.

After that i am not able to play any files at all from hdd, dvd or the network.

Pleas help me.

Other info are, chip is xenium ice and uses the xecuter 2 dash then xbmc. Xbox version 1.0.
