hi everyone, its my first time to the forum, i need help, i have downloaded some movies which are in bin and cue files, i need to know how to convert them to dvd files, i know about using iso and making an image but what do i do with the image, i have also tried extracting the mpeg content, but it always comes out very digitised so i cant view it, can anybody explain it in an easy stupid way, i must be doing something wrong, cheers

thanks for the advise, i followed the guide, but for some reason i cannot find the mainconcepts mpeg encoder part of isobuster, can you please explain how to open it

The easy, stupid way:

1) convert the bin and cue to mpeg with VCDGear (free program):

http://www.vcdgear.com/

2) convert the mpegs to dvd compliant format with DivXtoDVD (free program)

3) Burn with Nero or whatever.

i find a lot of mpegs taken from bin images are not accepted by dvixtodvd,i also get a lot of problems with the screen being small with a massive black border around the edge

I've only run into one such situation with VSO so far and was able to change the resolution back to the original with some other program.
