Since I´m totally new to this, and before I waste any media I decided to ask the question first. I start with a 5.5 GB movie, Shrink analyses it and gives me a reading of: Main movie 3.5 GB, Automatic compression. I change to Custom and go up to 4.3 GB, 78% compression ( instead of 55% before). Which I asume is OK since is good for 4.7 GB, but when I try to backup get an alert fron Shrink that the new settings might not fit in the media. Could I ignore it and go ahead and still obtain good results?

You need to make sure this line is in the green, You may have did custom with the main movie but what about your extras? You will need to do some futher adjusting by taking out unwanted audio and compressing the menus a little more.

I had taken out everything except Main movie and left Audio to AC3 2-ch English, but I had not noticed thr green line. Thanks a lot!
