Where can I find the DivX codec for TMPGEnc (newbie)

I have this video thats a mpg file. When I play it on my Window Media Player, the video doesnt play but the audio does. But it plays perfectly on my DivX Player. Both WinMPG & WinAVI cant converter neither will TMPGEnc.

I heard that I need a DivX codec for TMPGEnc, but I dont know here to find it. Where can I get it at?

I suggest k-lite pack, which has all most useful codecs...
