hi, i was just wanting 2 know what u guys use to make ur own GIF animations, cos i need 2 make 1 of my own.

Adobe Photoshop and Fireworks MX, I personally recommend Fireworks MX because it's so easy to use and I have a link to a tutorial for it aswell. http://fireworks.disdatdesigns.com/ hope this helped ;)

is there any apart from them coz my pc is a big pile of sh*t and can't handle the fireworks and i'm so stupid i can't work photoshop

There's also one with Paint Shop Pro (separate program, animation tools aren't included in PSP itself), quite easy to use and doesn't need powerful hardware.

I used ulead gif animator 5 for my siggy. it is very easy to use.
