Problem with DVDXPlatinum. PLEASE HELP NEEDED.

Hi there I just got this software about two days ago and I am having problems already.
When I do try to make a DVD from browser TS video folder it only pulls one of the files in that folder but when I click on it to see it nothing comes up and I dont know if that is the actual video since the size thats showing on it looks very small. I moved the movie in mpeg format (I think) from my PC to the TS Video folder were there are already some files in it I think one .VOB file and others that I dont remember since I dont know what are they for or what is the difference if the formats.
So can anyone please give me some easy and helpfull info in how to resolve this issue.
