Having problems compressing XviDs+SUBs with vDUB

Hello, my name is Jossef.
I hope this question was not answered before 'cause I really don't like being a nag.

Well, I'm using vDUB (v1.6.3 and v1.5.10), I'm trying to convert a movie, XviD format with .SUB subtitles.
The thing is, when I put the SUBs in vDUB with the movie, the SUBs are in delay.
I don't know why, can someone help me?
