"WMA to AVI to MOV" any suggestions?

So a long time ago I used windows movie maker to make a short music video and it was like the worst computer program I have ever touched ect ect... but now I am left with this shitty wma file that I can do almost nothing with, well actually I just want to host the video online and no one wants to download a wma file thats just annoying.

Anyways does anyone know how to help me out?

I have read a lot about doing it and its possible and everything I just need to find the programs to do it. Does anyone know if I could do this only using osx programs, that would be much better.

Any help or advice is much thanked :)
