i found on my add/remove programs the program but it won't remove it cuase its saiys that can't find c:/windows/abiuninst.htm how can i remove this cuase now its being a headache with so many pop ups
help please thank you

You should install some anti-spyware or anti-popup.

i have norton system works and spyware by microsoft but i don;t knonw what to do?

Download Microsoft Anti-Spyware, CWShredder 2.15, Ad-Aware 1.06 and keep your Norton and all the rest UPDATED with the newest definitions.

Boot to safe mode.
Run CwShredder
Run Microsoft Anti-Spyware
Run Adaware
Run Norton
If it picks up anything, delete it and then..
Run Microsoft again (only if the others found anything at all)

You got it all wrong....you can not get rid of it just by running spyware crap and antivirus....but lucky you i can help you because i went through the same thing.

First you need to download Spybot - Search&Destroy (i think it is around version 1.4) Then you need to get HiJackthis. Once you get those two things go to the webpage below and find out how to collect your system info so you can post it on the internet for these guys to help you fix. It should take about 1-3 days before you are done manually fixing your computer.
