What is the message exactly that you are getting?
You should try ripping the disk to your hard drive first with DVD Decrypter or DVDFab Decrypter this could solve your issues.

belonna,
Welcome to the forum. AnyDVD should have taken care of it so try the last version of DVDDecrypter and rip it in File Mode and make sure you do all of the disk. DVDDecrypter will remove that region code and make it any region. After it is ripped to HD then process as you normally would

I did this movie and had a hard time. The movie has several endings and will tell you it is 8 hours long, in the end I just picked one using Nero Recode and it worked. I looked up your error and this is what I found from CD Freaks

As was stated try ripping your movie in file mode and then use re-author in Shrink and pick one of the titles and see if this works.

I reauthored in shrink and burned with decrypter. No problems. It has 4 alternate endings plus the original release so I just picked the 1st one figuring that was the theatrical release.
I was so ugly when I was a kid, my parents used to take me everywhere just so they wouldn't have to kiss me goodbye.

Hide and Seek was no problem. Used DVD Decrypter(the latest), DVD Shrink and Nero 6.6.

I'd have to disagree that it is no problem. You can run through all the programs with no errors. The disk that is made(if you use decrypter, shrink and nero) will almost play correctly... (at least for me).
The movie will play to the last action scene and then a "Digital Deluxe Studios" logo flashes by leaving out the last scene. I haven't been able to see the credits using the backup disk. The last two VOBs (VTS_08_6.VOB and VTS_08_7.VOB) on my harddrive from decrypter are corrupted.
Now as the earlier poster stated, If you reauthor the movie you might get a different result capturing the whole movie. This I haven't tried. With my version you simply then watch the alternate endings. I could reauthor it but read my below statement.
Personally, as movies go, I'll sell my original on e-bay as the movie has little merit. I knew the plot after the first 5 minutes.
I wish I stayed in programming for chit like this. I'll have to rely on Afterdawn's quality authors and members to tackle this and many more roadblocks.

Bilge,
Have you watched the movie in its entirety? Curious to know the outcome of this due to the fact that I am running the same programs yet find flaws in the final veiwing. True for me too in that there were no errors in the copying process.
What OS are you using?
