I have an external Sony Dual Layer burner (D22A) in an USB 2.0 enclosure. I have a Dell desktop computer and a HP Pavillion notebook. Using Shrink and Decrypter I have had no problem backing up my dvd's with the Dell Desktop. As soon as I try the exact same thing with the HP I get coasters at anywhere from 6% to 40% complete. Decrypter shows an error that says something to the effect of there being an error with the device and that sectors xxxxxx - xxxxxx weren't written. I'm getting a bit frustrated. Any suggestions? Please...
