ok i got the chip installed and stuff when its off it starts up with the xbox bios when its on i get a black screen with nothing on it can anyone help me

Go through your install again, and make sure everything good. Pay close attention to your D0 wire, as that is where I think your problem may lie.

If you can't get it working, you could try "squeezing your chip" or the best way would be to solder it in.

i got it somsone told me to try swithing the d and e wires and it worked
