Hey guys, I downloaded a DVD off the net from dimeadozen.org (they do not offer any commercial DVDs so please don't accuse me of stealing anything) of a concert and the audio on one song has very loud static for a short while. It really takes away from the experience. Luckily, I have the concert in lossless format and I'd like to paste my version of the audio over the static to fix it up. I was wondering if there is any easy way to fix this. Please be easy on me as I do no have much experience with this.

Also, the person made the concert, which is about 60 minutes long, split into three different titles. Most movies I have seen are all in one title and in my DVD player this causes a short pause while it switches to the next title. Is there anyway for me to make this all into one title.

Lastly, this isn't as important, but is there a way to delete the menu so it goes right into the concert?

Thanks in advance!

I found out how to extract the audio from the VOB into a wav and I fixed up the wav, but I'm not sure how to import that new audio back into the VOB.

Hi, cutooth....I have inserted better audio tracks many times into dvd, sometimes it's easy, sometimes not so easy...depends on wether yo get lucky and manage a good audio synch first time!.Anyway, assuming good audio synch (and assuming you have nero) all I do is to import the audio with Nero (select the "make movie" option from within Nero vision express), browse for media and select your video file:..then browse for media again and select your audio file, the audio file should then appear on the timeline underneath the video track. Right click the video track, select properties and move the volume setting down to zero - this will cut out the original soundtrack, leaving your new soundtrack to take its place. Then, just carry on and burn your DVD as usual. Hope this helps..:)
