MPT 3.25b - How to combine Entries Per Name

Hi,

With GEM220 help I was able to make my V220 talk to Laptop and now I have MPT 3.25b installed fine.

I have my Address book updated on the software, each Name has 2/3 number/emails associated with it. So when I synch or pass on these entries to my Phone, each Number is associated with each name.

e.g
Name Bus Number Home Number Email
AAA 123 789 XYZ@ABC.COM

then when I synch it, it shows up as

AAA 123
AAA 789
AAA XYZ@abc.com

How do I combine ALL entries associated with 1 Name as 1 Entry
