I bought dvd x copy from a a retail store round a year ago. I was very happy with the progam, but I had to delete my whole hard drive and I'm in need of technical Support. I tried to reinstall the program, but I'm unable to activate and no longer able to receive support from 321 Studios. If any one can help me, please let me know
