AVI2VCD (DVD2SVCD) Question

Whenever I try to convert an .avi file into 2 vcds, I'm always getting an "unaable to write to AVISYNTH.INI" error. It works when I re-install the program, but after I try to convert a second movie, it pops up that error. Any help is greatly appreciated.
