Hi guys, i was wandering if you can help me out please.

since christmas i have been running Windows XP SP2 on my pc, before i was running Windows 2000 SP4. I have 3 drives conected, a RICOH CD-RW MP7320A, Samsung DVD-ROM SD-616T & Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-107D. The RICOH and the Samsund drive are on the same IDE and the RICOH is master and the Samsung is set to cable select. This config worked fine while on win 2000, but soon after i put win xp on the system it started not to play dvd's and now of late it has started to disapeer fron the my computer, and if i go to install new hardware it shows up but says its getting an Code 10 error. all the drives are still on the original firmware, and the other two drives work spot on. could you please help me figure a solution, as i dont want to format if i can help it. thanks in advance.
