Flashfxp connects to my xbox then a few seconds later gets an error

I'm trying to ftp from my xbox to pc. I set up the evo network setting to be

XBOX:
192.168.0.4 ip
255.255.255.0 subnet mask
192.168.0.5 default gateway
0.0.0.0 DNS
setup delay 0

PC:
192.168.0.5 IP
255.255.255.0 subnet mask
192.168.0.5 default gateway

Through flashfxp it will recognize the xbox ip when I type connect(192.168.0.4) however once it continues connecting it gets an error and says there is no connection(the part before the directories are displayed). It seems to be recognizing the connection so I don't know why it stops. My xbox is connected to my modem through a patch cable which is connected to my pc, i disabled my firewall, and I'm not running any antivirus software. Does anyone know what the problem could be? It's quite frustrating as all the settings seem to be right.
