I decided to go with the Xecuter 3 CE modchip. Does it come with usb support cable thing so i can hook it up to my cpu or no? The other chips i looked at it came with it. But now i just spent 80 and im not sure if it comes with it or not and if i shud plan on getting one.

The chip does not come w/ a USB cable, and I don't think that many do. If you want to FTP in to your Xbox, just follow this guide:
