I got 2 files: CD1 CD2, each in Cue-Bin SVCD. First one is 846MB; Nero and DVD Decrypter refuse it for being too large. Second file is 238 MB, which is no problem. How do I handle this? Help please!

BTW, I thought of DVD Shrink, but it doesn´t handle Cue-Bin files. Maybe I need to convert them to something else, so Shrink could handle them?

Thanks, I think I can get the mpg files with IsoBuster, but after that I will have to figure it out. Where do I get a guide to learn to encode mpg files?

I don't think you have to encode mpg. Mpg is already encoded. You should be able to just author to DVD.

Just to clarify myself, SVCD is MPEG2 and doesn't need encoding. VCD is MPEG1 and the audio needs encoding to 48000 Khz from 44100 Khz to be DVD compliant.

There's a few way to do these things , thats why I said to goto the Guides Section (the URL is in my signature , or at the top of 'every' page).

IsoBuster will do the extraction yes , then as to whether the mpg needs encoding is a matter of choice at this point ... can do a header trick or actually encode to MPEG-2 (dvd complaint) file w/ 48Khz audio & most importantly the correct screen resolution.
The quickest encoder I use is MainConcept , the best for quality is CCE SP.

Honestly check the guides section , that way you'll get a step by step ... cos Im not goona paste it all here ! :)

Thank you all you guys...I´m learning SLOWLY. When I did the IsoBuster thrick with the file, it gave me a Winamp 0 byte file????? I know how to burn a Cue-Bin file with Nero, but I don´t know how to handle a file to reduce its size. I don´t know how to change audio either. I started all this just a few weeks ago. I see that the learning curve is long and steep. IsoBuster says it can give you an iso file but every time I try I end up with a .tao file, that I don´t know where to burn. I also have gotten a lot of damaged files, but when I look again they keep on downloading them(?). Is it my computer or is the file damaged at the root?(the original torrent)? Is there a way to find out?

I am not sure if this is what you mean and I can't help with anything else. VirtualDub (free) or Goldwave (shareware) will each convert Audio to 48,000 khz (guides for each at VideoHelp) but I believe you would have to reencode the wav (audio) and mpg again, if VCD, to put it on a DVD. I have never heard of a tao file and I may be wrong but 0 bytes sounds corrupt to me. Torrents are usually pretty good but I just got a corrupt one. I have read, somewhere, that the MPAA is seeding phony files but don't know, for sure. Good luck
