i need nelp. i have my ps2 ip but when i connect it says connection refused or permission denied. anyone know how to bypass this or anyone know the username and password to the ps2 so i can log on?

juss login as anonymous

i assume that u're tryin' to connect to the ps2 via FTP... if so, there are 2 reasor for that kind of error to happen.
1st: when u're logging in with a wrong user/password/port, try to login with annonymous and leave the password blank. The port to connect to the PS2 via FTP is port 21.
2st: u're tryin' to connect with no port open for accepting incoming connections... try to upload to your memcard the execFTP so you can open port 21 in the PS2.

how do i get it on there without a mod chip? i'm trying to get ps2menu on there so i can use my hd loader copy.

u have 2 ways to install the exploit on the memory card, one is by having the mod chip... the other is by already having a memcard with the exploit in it, so u can access another memcard.
