I came back from vacation and was shocked when I could not download some of the movies on my TIVO because HBO had a copy once protection on some (maybe all I don't know) movie downloads.

I guess the count the TIVO download as the One and only permitted. Is there any work around?

I don't know if this is where to post my query...didn't see anything about TIVO specifically. Pardon me if I'm in error.

(Vincent and Theo played thru till it got to the last 15-10 minutes than cut off the DVD download on DVD-R) I think the Phillips DVD+R copies all but will have to check again.....
