i got this "saveflash" program where it lest me save macromedia movies and evertything to my computer. and i wanred to save some movies to put them on my xanga site.

dont worry, im not taking credit for them, i just want to add a litte something special to my site. like a music video.

ive saved some of the movies but i cannot figure out for the life of me how to actually put them on my site.

if i wanna add something, theres only options for pictures and links.
how can i put a macromedia movie on my xanga site with out just putting up a link to it ?
