Some movies I try to burn the smiley face comes up as a devil and freezes the computer. would like to know what I am doing wrong any help would be appreciated.

There isn't really anything to do wrong, it runs in the backround and trys to break the copy protection when a dvd is inserted. Are you using the latest version?
