can someone please help.. im a mac girl and my friend has a pc and she would like to backup her dvds can someone tell me how to rip, compress and then burn a dvd??? thanks

thanks but if i rip it using DVD Decrypter and brun with Nero how do i compress it?? ocs on my mac i rip it wih mac ripper then compress and burn in one using popcorn
you would use DVD Shrink to compress it after ripping it w/ DVD Decrypter...then throw the resulting files into Nero or decrypter to burn~ DVD Shrink has the option to burn using either of the 2, it's your choice really...
