Converting m3u to CUE file?

All these file format are enough to make your head spin. Here is my quandary--does anyone have a solution?

Question is when I need to overburn to Gigarec levels (98minutes on an 80min disc--and yes it works), I need to use my Plextor program and not my typical Acoustica burner. High props on this Acoustica program--it has a lot of great features but it's one caviat is that it doesn't allow overburn. Unfortunately, that Plextor program only recognizes CUE files, not m3u.

Acoustica's best feature by far is that it can search out and build a playlist from the found files and then save them to m3u. It would take me forever to manually add every file scattered all over my drive that CDB found for its playlist to load into Plextools since they don't support m3u adds.

Bottom line: does anyone know how I could convert M3U into CUE format so the Plextor program can read my playlist? I know CUE is just a format text file, but I can't figure it out.
