I !FINALLY! did it!

I finally got my backups of PSX games to boot. Everyone said it could be done with a GameShark Lite, but I couldnt get them to boot. The images were made with CloneCD. I found out it was the way I was burning them. I was using Alcohol 120% and setting the Datatype to Playstation, setting the wright speed real low and letting it burn. I also tried CloneCD but still no luck. After messing with some exploits the readme's said to set the Datatype to Playstation but change the wright method from RAW DAO to DAO/SAO and also of course set the wright speed real low. So I tried that and now all my PSX backups boot up and run smoothly. The way I do it of course is I have a retail GameShark Lite. I boot it up, start game without codes and instead of pressing the eject button I use the slide tool.

Sorry if this was long but I had lots of problems and lots of coasters. Also lots of other people cant get their PSX backups to work. I just hoped I helped someone.

How did you change the Raw when Playstation was selected? Every time i try it changes the playstation back to Customized? I can not get any game to play at all!!!

you just change it to DAO/SAO and it will say custumized but it will still work.
