Possible Solution to "No Video, but Audio" Problem

I was fiddling around with different players because I had a what-seems-to-be common problem. Whenever I would try to play the ratDVD files OR the converted DVD files in any of my players I could only hear audio, but no video would come up. Well, I finally found a player and filter pack that worked for me and allows you to at least view the converted files on your computer. Here is what I did (hopefully it works for you)...

1. Download the Matroska MediaPlayer Classic at: http://www.matroska.org/downloads/windows.html

2. Download the Matroska Pack at: http://packs.matroska.org/

3. Convert a ratDVD file to a Video_TS file using the ratDVD program.

4. Open the Matroska MediaPlayer Classic. Go to View >> Options. Under Playback on the left you will see "DVD/OGM". Click on it and change the location of the DVD drive to user defined. Point to the Video_TS file that you just converted from.

5. Go to File >> Open DVD. Hopefully you should see video now.
