well every time i burn with shrink it burns the disk but after its 100% burnt it says it fails. I am not saying that I want to change the setup of shrink & dvd43 but my first question was that dvd43 turned into a devil face & froze my computer. Thanks heaps I will try the dycrpter i am sure you will be answering alot of questions about that from me I am such a novice sorry if i am a pain.

Don't worry about the questions but you don't have to start a new thread every time you reply, keep adding to the original. It's hard to keep track of what was said.
