Hello anyone and everyone,

I've been reading and writing DVD to DVD since 321 Studios first put out DVDXCOPY in 2002, but I've never done VCD to DVD before.

I just downloaded the latest Trial version of TMPGEnc

I'm using this software for the first time. I've been able to copy the video and audio to my HD, record them to my DVD burner and play them back on my PC using WinDVD and everything works perfectly.

When I Play the discs on my DVD players I can see the video, but have no audio. I've heard there is a difference in the audio recording rate between VCD and DVD audio but don't know how to change it.

Can anyone give me a clue as to how to do this. Am I doing something else wrong? The VCDs were legally purchased and are in PAL format. I have a legally purchased copy of AnyDVD. My machine is a P4 2.8gig with 1 gig of memory.

Thanks for any help I can get,
RichV
