I remove again the chip and still have the same problem. I cheked the connections and i am sure that there was no any shortcuts between them. Open the console and look for PS14. Take your hot soldering iron and heat up the solder on either sides of the "0" and "202/50" components. That should do it.

I had that problem with a v7 I modded. It wound up being that while I was soldering, I wasn't very careful and a small drop of solder dropped onto the board. It landed on the edge of the main CPU and bridged a few connections. With a steady hand and lots of flux I was able to remove it.

So I guess my point here is to check carefully for bridged connections.

Test PS14, the "0" and "202/50" with a multimeter for continuity. One of the two might have blown. Check for any other blown fuses (PSx) in the area where you connected the power wire for the modbo chip. If that still doesn?t work, you will have to go through the entire m/boards fuses, starting with "PS1". The green to red symptom usually means there has been a short between + & -, and a fuse has popped.

It is most probably a fuse, check all your fuses
