im keep getting a error message that says that it is trying to lock in the sudio im using dvd shrink and decrypter any help would like.

i got it to work dont know how but i was saying trying to lock audio right at the begining of burning i dont know how to pull it up now so i cant show you want it was saying. i will post just what it says next time i have a problem. new to this.
