Diablo,

VCR Video out goes to Card Video In, you will probably need a composite to S-Video lead to make this work.

The Red plug is the audio Right channel
The White plug is the Audio LEFT channel
The Yellow plug is composite video signal

You don't mention what sort of video capture card you have. The web is full of manuals which describe what sort of connections to make. Post your card Maker, model and any other details you have. A quick google will likely turn up the manual.

That cable is for OUT, not in, on the 350.

To cap from VCR:
Connect YELLOW OUT on VCR to S-VIDEO IN on pvr350.
Connect RED and WHITE OUT on VCR to converter to STEREO MINI plug, and insert into sound card's (or 350's) LINE IN port.
Set capture software to S-VIDEO video input, and LINE IN audio input.
