I use verbatim for burning dual-layer, of course, but i need a good quality, widely available single-layer media for direct dvd copies of single-layer films (and some small-size dual-layer films).
Also, what do you guys think of TDK and Maxell brands?
Thanks, guys. Maxell is widely available where I am at (in Texas), but I wasnt sure of the quality. I looked on www.rima.com, may buy a couple of verbatim 50 packs there.
I wouldn't load up on large quantities of blanks unless you are sure your burner likes that brand. Its always best to try a few small batches of blanks first to see which work the best and give you the best quality of video. Just a suggestion.
IMO, if you have had success with the dual layer Verbatim, then your burner likes this media, it would be a good brand to stick with. Just a suggestion.
