The problem I am having is I downloaded a movie and burned it with decrypter it plays fine on the computer but when I play it on my home player the video jumps like the vertical hold on my tv is not set and it does this thur the entire movie. I have burned movies like this before using the same media same mfg same mfg code with no problems. Any ideas what could be causing this problem?

Are you sure that the video you burned is not in PAL (European) format? American TVs will not play PAL without special hardware.
