ps2 game size problem...

hi, ive been using fireburner to burn ps2 games..
im relatively a newbie to this subject.
my first problem is that recently, i havent been able to get the test burn thing to work..the button simply does not appear on the software..can someone give me a reason why the software is not working?
my second problem is that ive downloaded a game online, an iso file of the game, and it is about 4gb. some games ive burned, (downloaded online) were nothing close to this size. they were around 700mb, and i could burn it no problem. can someone help me with this problem? can i burn this game on to a normal 700mb cd? or do i have to get a dvd burner and dvd r+/r- to burn this game?

im afraid that most ps2 games are dvds and you will need a dvd durner and some blank DVD-R discs the files youve downloaded before are wither cds or rips either way get one cause your seriously behind you NEED a dvd drive these days
